Global equities to grind higher by 9% in 2011: Citigroup

Here is expert equity call for the day on how the markets are expected to trade:

Robert Buckland, Citigroup: We expect global equities to grind higher by 9% in 2011. The positive impact of operational leverage should be enough to push global EPS ahead by 12% in 2011 and 9% in 2012. As was evident in 2010, the key to success in a grind higher scenario is to buy the dips, but not chase the rallies too hard.
