The stock touched its 52-week high Rs 663.80 and 52-week low Rs 358.00 on 23 Apr, 2010 and 01 Mar, 2011, respectively. Currently, it is trading -43.9% below its 52-week high and 4.02% above its 52-week low. Its market capitalisation stands at Rs 1,482.43 crore.
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 41.81 per share. (Dec, 2010). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 8.91. The latest book value of the company is Rs 162.35 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.29. The dividend yield of the company was 0.81%.
Investors have been concerned since MindTree saw some restructuring post its executive chairman, Ashok Soota's exit. Nalanda Capital may exit part or whole of its stake in MindTree, reports CNBC-TV18 citing sources.
Nalanda Capital holds 9.8% stake in MindTree which is currently valued at Rs 115 crore. It is learnt that Nalanda Capital may pull its stake down to 2% and is currently in talks with mutual funds and foreign institutional investors (FIIs) for the stake sale.
Meanwhile, sources add that Subroto Bagchi who is currently vice chairman of the company may step into Soota
