
Maharashtra-based soybean crude oil and soybean de-oiled cake maker Yashhtej Industries India has managed to close its maiden public issue with 1.35 times subscription on February 20, the third day of bidding.
The company is raising Rs 88.88 crore via initial public offering (IPO) of 80.79 lakh shares at a price of Rs 110 per share. It is a fixed price issue.
Investors have bid 1.09 crore equity shares in last three days i.e. February 18-20 via 4,065 applications. Of which, retail investors have applied for 90.24 lakh shares, and non-institutional investors 18.94 lakh shares.
The company is set to finalise its IPO share allotment by February 23, while its shares will be available for trading on the BSE SME on February 25.
Yashhtej Industries that generates business in the ratio of around 40:60 from soybean crude oil and soybean de-oiled cake segments intends to utilise Rs 63.88 crore of IPO proceeds for capital expenditures, Rs 6.1 crore for working capital requirements, and Rs 9.5 crore for general corporate purposes.

On the financial front, the company has recorded profit of Rs 7.2 crore on revenue of Rs 191.1 crore for six months period ended September 2025.
Profit in the fiscal 2025 soared 10 times to Rs 11.6 crore, up from Rs 1.1 crore in previous year. Revenue from operations in the same period increased more than five-folds to Rs 324.8 crore, from Rs 59.2 crore.
