A total of three companies - NFP Sampoorna Foods, Brandman Retail, and Grover Jewells - will launch their IPOs in the SME segment on February 4, followed by Biopol Chemicals, which is scheduled to open on February 6, the last day of the week.

Wholesale gold jewellery maker Grover Jewells is raising Rs 33.83 crore via initial share sale of 38.44 lakh shares at the upper price band of Rs 83-88 per share.

International sports and lifestyle brands distributor Brandman Retail will be amongst the three IPOs, launching the offer of 48.91 lakh shares. The company has not announced its IPO price band yet.

All the above three public issues will remain open till January 6.

Biopol Chemicals will be the last IPO in the SME segment this week, opening for public subscription on February 6 with a price band of Rs 102-108 per share. It is raising Rs 31.26 crore via IPO of 28.94 lakh shares.

Apart from about four new IPOs, another SME company, CKK Retail Mart, which distributes packaged agro-commodities, will close its Rs 88-crore IPO for public subscription on February 3. The price band for the offer is Rs 155-163 per share.

Further, there will be six SME companies listed on the bourses this week. Of which, Hannah Joseph Hospital will make its debut on the BSE SME effective February 2, followed by Kasturi Metal Composite on February 3, while the trading in Msafe Equipments,, Kanishk Aluminium India, and Accretion Nutraveda equity shares will commence on the BSE SME effective February 4.

This follows CKK Retail Mart, which is expected to list on the NSE Emerge on February 6.
