The primary market activity is unexpected to get disturbed by the equity market nervousness created by AI-led disruption fears and geopolitical tensions, as investors will see three new initial public offerings and three new listings next week starting from February 16.
This includes one public issue - Gaudium IVF & Women Health from the mainboard segment, and two - Fractal Industries, and Yashhtej Industries (India) - from the SME segment. The total fund raising is not known as Gaudium IVF has not released its price band details, while combining others two SMEs, the total amount comes to Rs 138 crore.
Gaudium IVF & Women Health will be the first fertility services provider that approached capital markets for fund raising via initial public offering (IPO). The maiden public issue will open on February 20 and close on February 24.
Its IPO is a combination of fresh issue of 1.13 crore equity shares, and an offer-for-sale of 94.93 lakh shares by promoter and founder Dr Manika Khanna.
Fractal Industries, the garment manufacturing and supply chain firm, will launch its Rs 49-crore IPO on February 16 and close on February 18, with price band at Rs 205-216 per share. It is entirely fresh issue by the company.

Meanwhile, IT and telecom infrastructure products distributor Marushika Technology, the SME company, will close its IPO on February 16, while its shares will be available for trading on the NSE Emerge effective February 19. The public issue was subscribed 78 percent till February 13.
Mainboard companies - Fractal Analytics, and Aye Finance will also make their market debut next week on February 16.
AI and analytics firm Fractal Analytics' Rs 2,840-crore IPO was subscribed 2.66 times, while the Rs 1,010-crore public issue of NBFC Aye Finance saw a 97 percent subscription during February 9-11.
Both Fractal Analytics, and Aye Finance IPO shares are not getting any premium in the grey market, the market observers said. Generally, the participants look at the grey market (the unofficial market where the IPO shares traded till their listing on the bourses) to know about the possible listing price.
