Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd has set the price band for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 1,265–Rs 1,329 per share, with subscriptions open from December 12 to December 16, 2024.

Anchor investor bidding will commence on December 11, and the company plans to finalize the allotment by December 15, with refunds and equity share credits scheduled for December 18. The stock is set to list on exchanges on December 19.

The IPO is a pure offer-for-sale (OFS), with existing promoters and shareholders selling shares worth up to Rs 2,497 crore. On the upper end price band, the total m-cap of the firm will be around Rs 22,802 crore.

Leading the issue are ICICI Securities, Jefferies India, JM Financial, JP Morgan India, and Nomura Financial Advisory.

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd is a technology-driven healthcare solutions provider focused on serving physician enterprises and healthcare organizations in the US, Canada, and Australia, with a strong emphasis on the US market. The company offers a comprehensive care enablement platform, supporting outpatient and inpatient healthcare organizations in delivering enhanced clinical care, improving population health outcomes, transitioning to a “fee-for-value” model, and optimizing revenue while reducing operational costs.

Amid the consolidation of the healthcare industry, Inventurus specializes in alleviating administrative burdens, enabling its clients to focus on delivering superior healthcare.

As of September 30, 2024, the company serves 778 healthcare organizations, including health systems, academic medical centers, multi- and single-specialty medical groups, and ancillary healthcare providers. Key clients include Mass General Brigham Inc., Texas Health Care PLLC, and The GI Alliance Management.

For the six months ending September 2024, the company reported a revenue of Rs 1,282.88 crore, a significant rise from Rs 630.87 crore in the same period last year. Net profit for the period stood at Rs 208.58 crore, slightly higher than Rs 205.38 crore a year ago.
