Mumbai-based alco-beverage distribution company Aspri Spirits, founded by Jaikishan Sham Matai, and Arunkumar Venkat Bangalore, has filed preliminary papers with the SEBI to raise funds via initial public offering (IPO).
The company proposed to raise Rs 140 crore via fresh shares, while existing shareholders including promoters will be selling up to 50 lakh shares via offer-for-sale.
Further, it may consider raising funds up to Rs 28 crore in pre-IPO round, which is a part of fresh issue component.
Aspri Spirits claims the largest alco-beverage distributor in India with portfolio size of 323 brands including Whyte & Mackay and Dalmore (scotch whiskey), Camus (cognac), Molinari (sambuca), Beluga (vodka), Black Tower (still wine), Henkell (sparkling wine) and Amarula (liqueur).
The company that maintains leadership in the premium alco- beverage space being the top player in liqueur imports with a 57 percent market share will utilise Rs 105 crore of fresh issue proceeds for repayment of partial debt (of the total outstanding borrowings of Rs 127 crore as of November 2025), and the remainder funds for general corporate purposes.

Profit in the year ended March 2025 grew by 12.2 percent to Rs 17.4 crore, up from Rs 15.5 crore in previous year. Revenue during the same period increased by 10 percent to Rs 460.7 crore, up from Rs 418.7 crore.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, and Nuvama Wealth Management are appointed as the merchant bankers for managing the Aspri Spirits IPO.
