Sobha Developers Q3 net profit at Rs 49 cr

Sobha Developers has announced its results for the quarter ended December 2010. It has reported standalone net profit of Rs 49 crore as against Rs 58.9 crore (QoQ).

Sobha Developers has announced its results for the quarter ended December 2010. It has reported standalone net profit of Rs 49 crore as against Rs 58.9 crore (QoQ).

Standalone net sales declined to Rs 363 crore from Rs 425.7 crore (QoQ).

In a press conference, the management said:
-Reported one of the best quarters in history
-Realised Rs 3,946/sq ft in last quarter on an average
-On target to achieve 3 million sq ft
-Will be launching 11 million sq ft of real estate projects
-Expect operating margins to improve going ahead
