ManpowerGroup today announced the launch of it's professional resourcing brand "Experis" in India, that will provide "in-demand talent and tailored solutions" for traditionally hard-to-fill positions within the IT and Engineering verticals.
Manpower Professional is now Experis, which is part of ManpowerGroup, a company statement said.
With this rebranding exercise, India now joined countries like the US, Canada, Australia and France in transitioning to the Experis brand.
Experis India will deliver in-demand talent and tailored solutions that accelerate personal and business success within the IT and Engineering verticals, the statement added.
"Finding the right talent, in the right place at the right time has become increasingly difficult due to rapid economic growth and the evolution of the the skills required to perform many jobs," Experis India Head Namr Kishore said.
For many years we have been monitoring the macro-economic forces and trends impacting the world of work, particularly within specialised professional verticals, to enable us to attract, assess and place in-demand talent for mission-critical positions, Kishore added.
As per ManpowerGroup's 2011 Talent Shortage Survey 67% of Indian employers cannot fill key vacancies, and IT, Engineering and Accounting and Finance positions figure prominently in the list of the hardest Indian jobs to fill.
