Glodyne Tech up 5% on services agreement with Vitera

Shares of Glodyne Technoserve locked at 5 percent upper circuit for the second consecutive session on Tuesday after losing nearly 23 percent in previous seven sessions.

Shares of Glodyne Technoserve locked at 5 percent upper circuit for the second consecutive session on Tuesday after losing nearly 23 percent in previous seven sessions.

On Friday, the company's US Subsidiary DecisionOne Corporation has signed services agreement with Vitera Healthcare Solutions that provides ambulatory electronic health records and practice management software & services.

"DecisionOne will provide comprehensive technology services and support with its technology expertise and highly credentialed national field service personnel. This is a multi million deal spread over multiple years," the company said in its release.
 
At 09:30 hours IST, the stock rose 4.94 percent to Rs 27.60 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. There were pending buy orders of 62,295 shares, with no sellers available.
 
Market capitalisation of the company currently stands at Rs 124.62 crore.
 
IFCI sold 2.54 lakh shares of Glodyne Technoserve at Rs 26.45 a share on the National Stock Exchange.
