      Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2010 & also to consider declaration of an interim dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011.
