Aegis Logistics inks MOU with APM Terminals, Pipavav

Aegis Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had on November 23, 2010 announced that it had entered into major deal with APM Terminals Pipavav for a port infrastructure project. Further to this announcement the Company, on January 13, 2011, has signed "Memorandum of Understanding" with APM Terminals, Pipavav at the 5th Global Summit of Vibrant Gujarat.
