FAG Bearings India to consider dividend

FAG Bearings India has its Board of Directors meeting on February 17, 2011 to consider dividend for the year 2010.

FAG Bearings India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 17, 2011, to discuss and consider various matters including -

1. Annual statements of accounts for the year ended December 31, 2010.

2. Quarterly financial results for the period ended December 31, 2010.

3. Recommendation of Dividend for the year 2010.

Further the Company has noted that, the Company will publish audited results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 within two months of end of the accounting year.
