Parshwanath Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has change its name from 'PARSHWANATH HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LTD.' to 'PARSHWANATH CORPORATION LTD' vide special resolution passed in Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 29, 2010. The Registrar of Companies, Gujarat has given its approval of the captioned change and fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued dated January 18, 2011.
