VTM at its meeting held on April 18, 2011 has declared final dividend at Rs 2.70 per share.

VTM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2011, inter alia, has proposed a final dividend at Rs. 2.70 per Share, apart from the interim dividend declared in January 2011.Source : BSE
