    Bajaj Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011 and to recommend dividend on equity shares, if any, for the year 2010-2011.Further the Company has informed that, the Company intends to publish its Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2011 within a period of 60 days from the end of the financial year in lieu of the last quarter unaudited financial results with limited review.Source : BSE
