The Resignation of Mr. Krishan Chand Chawla, Whole-time Director from the Directorship of the Company with effect from April 30, 2013.2. The Appointment of Mr. Jagdish Chandra Jhuraney as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from May 01, 2013 and the same has been recommended to the Shareholders for their approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
