The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of Sesa Goa will remain closed from June 04, 2013 to June 06, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 27, 2013. The dividend shall be paid/dispatched on or before the due date i.e. July 25, 2013.
