Axis IT&T has informed that since the term of Mr. S. Ravinarayanan, Chairman of the Company, is going to end on March 31, 2013, he is reappointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2013 for a period of 3 years subject to approval in the next General Meeting.
