For the occasion, Sonam looked striking in rich hues, swapping the usual blouse for a high-neck shirt with her festive saree.

Styled by Rhea Kapoor, Sonam looked dazzling in a cobalt blue high-neck silk shirt, which looked both comfy and stylish. It was paired with a yellow silk saree featuring a luxurious zari border that added festive shimmer. Her front pleats and pallu were tied to perfection around her frame.

What stood out was layering the saree with an Ikat coat, adding more texture and colour to the bright, rich look. By putting all three pieces together, Sonam and Rhea’s endeavour to celebrate Indian handlooms was quite evident.

While the jewel-toned blue shirt looked perfectly easy-flowing, it added a contemporary touch to her stunning saree, adorned with subtle gold peacock motifs and a border. The contrasting tones, patterns, and prints looked radiant and flawlessly put together.

Sharing the pictures, Sonam wrote, “Diwali dinners galore! Had the funnest night… thank you @raw_mango for always giving me tons of options and letting me mix and match. Also, how brilliant are these colours? Festive season means I get to get ready non-stop! But as if I needed an excuse!”

Sonam loves her jewellery and enhanced her festive appearance with a statement necklace featuring pearls, rubies, and emeralds. The bird motif also appeared in her long jadau earrings. To accessorise further, Sonam carried a glittering black clutch to complete her look.
