Deepika Padukone wore a Patola-inspired saree worth Rs 2.15 lakh, but what will surprise you is the price of her blouse

Deepika Padukone is one of the most stylish celebs of Bollywood. Be it on-screen or in real life, she always manages to impress with her style. She was recently captured at a family wedding in Goa with husband Ranveer Singh, and unsurprisingly, in a saree—an attire she loves the most.

In a fun video posted by Orry on Instagram, the actress’s six-yard drape drew eyeballs for its festive hues that looked every bit sparkly. Inspired by the ancient Patola weave from Gujarat, the silk saree from label Torani looked well draped on Deepika. It featured digitally printed multicoloured motifs and intricate hand embroidery.

Adding to the dazzle, Deepika’s drape was adorned with pearls, beads, and ghungroos, making it a glittering affair. It was a piece that celebrated craftsmanship and the multiple colours made it even more special. While the saree is being retailed for a whopping Rs 2.15 lakh, its blouse is nothing less.

The matching blouse also crafted in Jeni silk features similar colours and motifs as the saree and is priced at Rs 40,500. Deepika looked radiant in the drape and styled it with a dazzling choker and earring set. Her hair was styled in a bun and her makeup made her look glamorous.

While Deepika looked beautiful, her husband Ranveer Singh, also captured in Orry’s video, looked handsome, impeccably dressed in a ruby red kurta with golden embroidery on the neckline and motifs on the sleeves. The couple’s complementing hues also got noticed by fans.

Orry captured Deepika striking his signature pose with Ranveer, and the moment brought joy to the internet. Many commented on the video: “When Deepika and Ranveer start channelling Orry energy you know it’s an ICONIC moment,” wrote a user.
