Rani Mukerji attended the 71st National Film Awards recently in a stunning earthy-toned saree by none other than designer Sabyasachi. While her look stole the show, what stood out was her neck chain with daughter Adira’s name, a personal touch that was heartwarming.

Awarded Best Actress in a Leading Rolefor her performance in Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway (2023), Rani dazzled in the brown saree with a gold border, which enhanced its beauty. She styled it with a perfectly matching blouse and looked nothing short of a star.

The actress complemented her saree by wearing Sabyasachi jewellery, including a double-layered choker and danglers. While the accessories added to the glitter, what truly grabbed attention was her gold neck chain with Adira’s name. The dainty chain might have gone unnoticed initially, but the internet was quick to catch up.

Besides accessories, Rani’s beauty game was all about browns and warm tones. Her matte base perfectly blended with her skin, and subtle eyeshadow, kajal, and brown lipstick highlighted her naturally beautiful features. Her centre-parted straight locks completed the look.

Sitting right by her side was Shah Rukh Khan, who looked dapper in a tailored black suit. He won the Best Actor award for his performance in Atlee’s film Jawan. Many off-stage moments between SRK and Rani have gone viral, with many praising their friendship.
