Deepika Padukone may be in the midst of controversy following her exit from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit, but that has not stopped her from fulfilling her other professional commitments. She made a glamorous appearance in a striking red gown at a Cartier event in Stockholm.
At the unveiling of the brand’s high jewellery collection En Équilibre, the actress stunned in a showstopping red gown from Ashi Studio’s Fall 2023 collection, which balanced classic glamour with contemporary style.
Styled by Shaleena Nathani, Deepika’s ensemble featured a voluminous silhouette with a dramatic off-shoulder neckline and sculptural sleeves. She walked with grace, with the gown’s train adding a regal touch.
However, it was her Cartier Pavocelle necklace that truly stole the spotlight. Featuring a 58.08-carat sapphire cabochon, the necklace was inspired by the peacock. Its openwork structure reminiscent of the majestic patterns of the bird’s tail.
Her hair was styled sleek and straight, pulled back to display the exquisite necklace. Warm golden-toned makeup highlighted her features and gave her a radiant glow.
The internet was quick to react, with both celebrities and fans showering praise. Orry commented, “Looking superior.” Another user wrote, “How can a person be so beautiful? God left no flaw while creating you.” Many others simply called her a “queen.”
Earlier this month, Deepika attended the Waves Summit in Indian outfits designed by Masaba Gupta. She wore a handwoven cotton set featuring the brand’s ‘paan phool’ and ‘son vrishka’ motifs in intricate embroidery. Another was the ‘Chand Kinara Kurta Set’, adorned with ‘son Chand’ and ‘Sunheri Kashti’ motifs, paired with an organza dupatta.

Though her public appearances have been rare this year, Deepika continues to impress with post-maternity style choices that are both stylish yet relaxed.
