Apoorva Mukhija’s beauty makeover goes wrong; spends Rs 3 lakh and says, ‘I still look the same’

Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as The Rebel Kid on social media, recently posted a new video on her YouTube channel documenting her beauty transformation. While she underwent different procedures for her hair, skin, and teeth, by the end of it, she joked that she still looked the same—despite spending a fortune.

Apoorva started the video by sharing that she has the attitude of a celebrity but lacks big time in the beauty department.

“I started doing a little bit of introspection to understand if it’s my fault that people don’t like me, and I realised it’s not. It's God’s fault. God gave me the attitude of Aishwarya Rai, but for a face, he gave me this. I realised had I been a little hotter, I would have got away with everything, including what I said on Latent,” she said.

She decided to transform herself physically, starting with getting her hair coloured. She shared that she was unhappy with her yellow and brittle hair, which looked ugly, and opted for a brown shade this time. Meanwhile, she also got a pedicure done, and by the end of it all, she was quite happy with the way her hair turned out.

Next, Apoorva said, “I'm going to get my teeth fixed. These are not my real teeth. I have got veneers. The day I got temporary veneers, it was everywhere on Reddit — ‘Has Apoorva got veneers?’” She slammed those who said she looked better before veneers, showing her ‘before and after’ pictures as evidence.

After her teeth were fixed, Apoorva went to her dermatologist for a glow-up and a laser session for hair removal. This was followed by getting IV drips to feel energetic, as she revealed she eats junk food on a daily basis.

At the end of her video, Apoorva revealed, “I spent close to Rs 3 lakh, and more on a lot of things in collaboration, and this is what I finally look like now. I honestly look the same. Whatever little difference there is on my face is because of the makeup. Nothing really changed even after spending Rs 3 lakh, except for my teeth — which you all seem to hate…”
