UPPSC TGT Recruitment 2025: Application begins for 7466 vacancies at uppsc.up.nic.in; link to apply here

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has started the application process for the Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) recruitment 2025. The recruitment drive is being conducted for a total of 7,466 vacancies across various subjects and includes positions for both male and female candidates.

The online application process began on 28 July 2025 and will continue till 28 August 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website uppsc.up.nic.in.

Vacancy Details

As per the official notification, the 7,466 TGT vacancies are distributed as follows:

• Male candidates: 4,860 posts
• Female candidates: 2,525 posts
• Backlog posts: 81 posts

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the UPPSC TGT Recruitment 2025, candidates must hold a graduate degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. or an equivalent training qualification. Additionally, candidates must have qualified the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET). These criteria apply to both male and female applicants. Important Dates

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not more than 40 years old as on 1 July 2025. Age relaxation will be given as per UPPSC rules.
