UP Police Computer Operator Grade A Recruitment Application Begins for 1352 Vacancies; Link to Apply Here

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has started the online application process for Computer Operator Grade A recruitment. The drive aims to fill 1,352 vacant posts. Eligible candidates can apply through the official UPPRPB website from December 16, 2025, to January 15, 2026.

Before filling out the application form, candidates must complete registration under the One Time Registration (OTR) system of the board. Applications will not be accepted without OTR registration.

The official notification outlines details related to eligibility, age limit, vacancy break-up, application fees, selection process, and the steps to apply online. Candidates are advised to read the notification carefully before submitting their forms.

Applicants must have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as subjects. In addition, candidates should have completed an ‘O’ Level computer course. Typing skills are also required as per recruitment rules.

The age limit for applying is 18 to 28 years as on July 1, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates according to government norms.

The selection process for UP Police Computer Operator Grade A will be conducted in four stages. These include a written examination, a typing test, document verification, and a medical examination. Candidates must qualify at each stage to be considered for final selection.

2. Complete registration on the OTR portal.
3. Log in using OTR credentials and fill in personal and educational details.
4. Upload required documents, including certificates and a recent passport-size photograph.
5. Pay the application fee online and submit the form.
6. Download and save the confirmation page for future reference.
