PGCIL Admit Card 2025 Out for Field Engineer and Supervisor Posts; download link here

PGCIL Admit Card: The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has released the PGCIL Admit Card 2025 for the posts of Field Engineer and Field Supervisor. The admit card was made available on 14 October 2025 on the official website, www.powergrid.in.

Candidates who have applied under Advertisement No. CC/03/2025 for Field Engineer (Electrical/Civil) and Field Supervisor (Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Communication) can now download their admit cards using their Application Number and Password.

The Common FTE Written Test for a total of 1543 vacancies will be held on 18 October 2025 at various examination centres across the country. The test will be conducted for a duration of one hour.

Applicants must carry a printed copy of their admit card to the exam centre for attendance and verification. Along with the admit card, candidates are required to bring a valid photo ID proof such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or any other government-issued ID.

Selection Process

For Field Engineer posts, the selection process includes a Common FTE Written Test followed by an Interview. For Field Supervisor posts, selection is based only on the Common FTE Written Test. The admit card contains essential details such as exam date, time, and venue, which candidates should review carefully before the examination.

Steps to Download PGCIL Admit Card 2025

1. Visit the official website of PGCIL at www.powergrid.in.
2. Go to the Career section and click on Engagement of experienced personnel on a Contract Basis for Field Engineer/Field Supervisor.
3. Enter your Application ID, Password, and Captcha code.
4. Download and verify all the details mentioned on the admit card.
5. Take a clear printout and keep a digital copy for reference.

Exam Pattern

• The test will have 75 multiple choice questions (MCQs).
• It includes two parts: Technical Subject (50 questions) and General Aptitude (25 questions).
• Each question carries one mark, with no negative marking.
• The duration of the exam is one hour (60 minutes).
