In a historic feat, women secured 13 out of 19 posts for Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) on sheer merit. This is especially significant as only six of these posts were reserved for women, showcasing a powerful breakthrough in a traditionally male-dominated field.
AIR 1 Ajit Mishra
Topper Ajit Mishra’s story is one of relentless hard work. Hailing from a humble background where his father is a farmer and his mother a homemaker, Mishra turned his and his parents' dream into reality with his fourth attempt.
A BSc graduate from Holkar College in Indore, Mishra is no stranger to success. He was first selected as a Naib Tehsildar in 2022 and is currently posted in Maihar. Demonstrating his consistent calibre, he has now been selected for the post of Assistant Director (Finance) in the 2023 examination.
The final leg of the SSE 2023, the interview round, was conducted between July 7 and August 7, 2024. This was preceded by the Mains examination, held from March 11 to March 16, 2024.
