IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Notification Out for 2,785 Vacancies, Check Link to Apply Here

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released the notification for its 2025 Apprentice Recruitment drive, inviting applications for 2,785 apprentice vacancies across its refineries and operational units. The online application process began on 28 November 2025 and will continue until 18 December 2025 (5 pm).

The recruitment includes Trade, Technician and Graduate Apprentice posts across major IOCL locations such as Guwahati, Barauni, Gujarat, Haldia, Mathura, Panipat, Digboi, Bongaigaon and Paradip. Candidates must be between 18 and 24 years of age as on the date mentioned in the notification. The required educational qualifications vary by post and refinery, ranging from ITI and Diploma to Graduate Degree.

IOCL has stated that the selection will be based on merit in the qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification and a medical examination. Stipends will be paid according to the Apprentices Act and IOCL’s internal guidelines.

Before applying, candidates must ensure that:

• Their educational qualification matches the requirements of the selected trade and refinery.
• Age criteria, reservation and relaxation claims are supported with valid proof.

During document verification, candidates will need to present:

• Class 10 and 12 certificates
• ITI/Diploma/Degree mark sheets
• Caste or category certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar/PAN as photo ID
• Bank account details

The duration of training usually varies between 12 and 24 months, depending on the apprenticeship category.

The online application window is open from 28 November 2025 to 18 December 2025 (5 pm). Applications must be submitted through the official IOCL apprenticeship recruitment portal. Some categories may also require registration on NATS or NAPS.

4. Fill in personal, educational and trade-related details.
5. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature and certificates.
