AIIMS CRE Result 2025: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has announced the AIIMS Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) Result 2025. The result has been released in PDF format and includes the roll numbers of candidates who have qualified.

The AIIMS CRE 2025 was conducted on 25, 26, and 27 August 2025 for the recruitment of eligible candidates to various Group B and Group C posts across participating AIIMS and other central government institutes and bodies.

This year’s AIIMS CRE 2025 is being held to fill a total of 3,496 vacancies for different Group B and Group C posts. The results have been published separately for all post codes. Each PDF contains the roll numbers, marks obtained, rank, and category of the shortlisted candidates.

How to Download AIIMS CRE Result 2025

The result has been made available on the official AIIMS website. Candidates can follow these steps to check their result:

1. Visit the official website of AIIMS at www.aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. Click on the ‘Recruitment’ tab in the menu.
3. Select the ‘Common Recruitment Examination’ option.
4. Click on ‘Notification’ and then choose the result PDF for the post code you have applied for.
5. Open the PDF and search for your roll number to confirm your result.

Choice Filling for Institutes

Candidates who are shortlisted must now exercise their choice of institute and indicate their order of preference for each group post. This process will take place between 27 September and 6 October 2025, depending on eligibility for the respective posts and institutes.
