The promoter stake has stayed around 57-58 percent throughout the rally, the correction since October 2024, and he still holds. If he was a crook, he would have pumped and dumped at 100 and 130 levels. But he did not. That could mean two things. Either he has no control over things and does not know how to stop this downfall. Or he is playing a bigger game. This is the same time when the promoter and CFO Chauhan increased stakes in early December 2021 and the huge rally started. Investors should keep an eye on the promoter stake. If he increases the stake, hopefully this is why he pledged and raised loans, then all investors should go all in. View more
