Prime Minister Narendra Modi is 75 years old, and despite his busy schedule, he has been working relentlessly. What's his secret? It's definitely a structured routine, but it also has to be his diet and good lifestyle choices.
Earlier last year, PM Modi had shared how he had heard of the nutritional benefits of drumstick, also called moringa, and this is when he started making parathas using moringa leaves. He further added how even today, he continues to have moringa parathas at least once or twice in a week.
So, now that you know one of PM Modi's favourite meals, we are sure you would want to know more about the nutritional benefits of moringa, how you can make a paratha and when is the best time to consume it.
