Hardik Pandya is one of the fittest Indian cricketers, with many fans aspiring to be as lean as him. Naturally, there’s a lot of curiosity that surrounds his diet and the food he consumes to stay healthy. In a new video on Instagram, Hardik didn’t hold back and gave away all his secrets including his calorie and protein intake.

The popular cricketer shared what he eats for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and didn’t skip some of the secret hacks he uses to stay in shape. He also shared how he avidly tracks macros as part of his job.

  • Morning: The cricketer said, "I wake up in the morning and have 500 ml of water to hydrate myself, so I can head to the gym straight after.”

His breakfast consists of a smoothie, which contains 650 calories and 30 g of protein. "For my breakfast smoothie, I like to have sunflower seeds, oats, avocado, almonds, almond milk, a banana, and that's a perfect breakfast for me," he shared.
  • Lunch: Before lunch, Hardik mixes an apple cider vinegar (ACV) supplement in water to manage his cravings and keep his weight under control. He revealed, “It is fizzy, yummy, effective, and controls my appetite. As an athlete, I always count my calories.” He takes ACV 30 minutes before lunch.

When it comes to his noon meal, the cricketer shared that he enjoys Indian food, which includes jeera rice, palak, and daal. He added that his nutritious meal contains around 550 calories and 24 grams of protein.
  • Evening: After practice in the evening, Hardik nourishes himself with oatmeal, which contains 600 calories and 28 gm of protein.
  • Night: The cricketer repeats the ACV at night before dinner. His nighttime diet generally includes an Asian green bowl with tofu and brown rice, which he calls a balanced meal.

Hardik ends his day by unwinding with a book and spending time with his family. It shows how the cricketer takes care not only of his physical health but also his mental well-being.
