Amid the ongoing buzz surrounding the wedding pictures of Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth, the actor has shared a recent update about his upcoming film Miss You, which was originally slated for release on Thursday, 29th November 2024.
Siddharth's eagerly awaited romantic comedy Miss You has been delayed due to cyclone warnings in Tamil Nadu.
Siddharth took to his Instagram stories to share a press release, informing his fans about the unfortunate delay.
The press release stated, "This is to inform that the release of the film, Miss You, has been postponed. This decision was made considering the heavy rains predicted across Tamil Nadu in the coming days." It further assured fans that a new release date will be announced soon, with Siddharth hinting at a December release.

Directed by N Rajasekar, Miss You stars Siddharth alongside Kannada actress Ashika Ranganath. The film was originally set to release on November 29, 2024.
In addition to the announcement, Siddharth also urged the public in Chennai to stay safe amidst the cyclone warnings.

Miss You marks Siddharth's return to the romantic comedy genre, offering a quirky and emotional love story between Vasu (Siddharth) and Subbulakshmi (Ashika Ranganath). With music composed by Ghibran and cinematography by KG Venkatesh, the film is set to deliver a delightful mix of humor, romance, and heartfelt moments.

In addition to Miss You, Siddharth is working on exciting projects such as The Test and a collaboration with Maaveeran producer Arun Viswa, leaving his fans eagerly awaiting what's to come.
As the release date remains unconfirmed, many speculate that the makers of Miss You might choose a mid-December release window to avoid clashing with Pushpa 2: The Rule, which is scheduled for release on December 5, 2024.
