Shahid Kapoor recently took to Instagram to share an energetic dance video, grooving to the hit song "Jee Karda" from the movie Singh Is Kinng, originally starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. Wearing a white hoodie and pajama set with stars printed on one leg, Shahid performed some lively Bhangra steps as the song’s catchy lyrics, "Jee karda bai jee karda, Tenu kor baithawa jee karda," played in the background.
He captioned the video, "When JEE KARDA then ME KARDA #bhangra," which perfectly captured the fun vibe. Fans were quick to react, with one joking, "My last brain cell at 4 am," and another saying, "The energy I didn’t know but needed on Monday morning." Another fan humorously commented, "The other side of Kabir Singh."
Shahid, known for his intense performances in films like Kabir Singh and Haider, delighted fans with this fun and carefree side, showing his versatility even off-screen. Some fans couldn’t help but imagine how exciting it would be to watch Shahid dance live, with one commenting, "Imagine Shahid dancing in front of you like this."
On the work front, Shahid was last seen in the 2024 film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya opposite Kriti Sanon. In the film, Shahid played a robot scientist who develops feelings for a highly intelligent female robot, Sifra, portrayed by Kriti. The movie, produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar, hit theatres on February 9, 2024.
