Even at 58, the king khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan can compete and win in terms of fitness with celebrities half his age. At an interview, SRK shared that his sleep schedule normally begins at around 5 a.m., with him waking up by 9 a.m. each day. He dedicates 30 minutes to his late-night workouts every day and limits himself to just one meal daily.
At a podcast with Pinkvilla, celebrity fitness trainer who also trains Shah Rukh Khan, Prashant Sawant talked about SRK's fitness journey during the conversation.
He revealed that both of them (SRK and Prashant) many times have arguments about his body. "Hum dono hee unki body kay liye jhagadte rehte hai, strategies banate rehte hai, formula banate hai aur voh process main kabhi six pack bangaye, kabhi eight packs bante hai" (we fight alot regarding his body, sometimes we make strategies, sometimes we make formulas and in that process sometimes six packs are formed or eight packs).
Prashant is training the Badshah of Bollywood for the past 20 years. He is also known for training many other Bollywood stars like Priyanka Chopra, Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan and more.
Prashant also says, "Celebrities ko lekr jo assumptions hai logo ko, voh bhot galat hai" (People have wrong assumptions about celebrities.)
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is working on his highly awaited movie titled King. SRK will be seen doing the tutorial role in the movie and from the word go it has only added fuel to the anticipation of the fans.
The movie is being helmed by Sujoy Ghosh. With suspense thrillers like 'Kahaani,' 'Jaane Jaan,' 'Badla' and more under his belt, Sujoy Ghosh aims to deliver another intriguing story.
King will also star SRK's daughter, Suhana Khan and Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan. Abhishek will play the antagonist in the film.
