Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's iconic Mumbai residence, Mannat, is set to undergo an exciting expansion, with reports suggesting the addition of two new floors to its impressive structure.
As per documents obtained by Hindustan Times, Gauri Khan, wife of actor Shah Rukh Khan, submitted an application on November 9 to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA). In her application, she has requested approval to add two more floors to the annex of their iconic Mumbai residence, Mannat. The proposed addition would increase the built-up area by 616.02 square meters.
Currently, the Mannat annex features two levels of basements, a ground floor, and six floors. With this expansion, the Khans aim to add a seventh and eighth floor, further enhancing the grandeur of their already luxurious home.
