Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata recreate Meri Duniya Hai

At a recent sangeet ceremony, Sanjay Dutt and his wife, Maanayata Dutt, who celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary in February, enthralled onlookers with their unmistakable chemistry.

The pair went to the pre-wedding celebrations for Sarina Vaswani, sister of Sonam Fabiani of the Stallion group, and her fiancé, Lavine Hemlani, who is the CEO of Xccelerate.

A charming performance that was a delightful nod to one of Sanjay's iconic film tracks emphasised their presence.

A video, widely circulated on Instagram, captured Sanjay and Maanayata performing to "Meri Duniya Hai," a song from Sanjay's film Vaastav, originally sung by Jatin-Lalit, Sameer Anjaan, and Sonu Nigam.

The most captivating part occurred during their elegant routine when Sanjay tenderly kissed Maanayata's forehead, a gesture that touched people both in person and virtually.

In their matching royal blue outfits, the couple served classic couple goals with a touch of elegance. Sanjay looked stunning wearing a velvet sherwani with silver embroidery, matching trousers and a chic gelled hairstyle.

In contrast, Maanayata looked stunning in a lavishly embroidered, full-bodied lehenga choli set, accessorised with a matching dupatta that was draped over one shoulder. Her sangeet night attire was completed with a matching maang teeka and a pair of traditional jhumkas.

The video, shared with the caption, "Magical wedding moments! The way Sanjay Dutt kisses Maanayata’s forehead, captured by their dear friend Kakku (Kaykasshan Patel)," surprisingly led to some social media users mistaking Maanayata for the esteemed Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit.

Comments such as "First look mein to madhuri lagi thi !" and "Meko laga Madhuri Dixit h" surfaced. Another user remarked, "Initially i thought it was Madhuri and some shooting is going on," while a fourth added, "Bilkul Aisa laga jaisa madhuri dixit ka saath performance de ho." These comments underscore the striking resemblance some perceived.

Often sharing their romantic moments on social media, Sanjay and Maanayata are regarded as one of Bollywood's most "IT" couples.

During a much-awaited vacation in France just last month, the loyal wife showed their fans a romantic photo of the two of them. The image, which she posted to her Instagram stories, showed the couple facing one another on the balcony of their room, radiating romance amid the stunning surroundings.
