Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar made its debut in the theatres with strong numbers and a positive response from the audience on Friday. The film continued its momentum on its second day of release and registered a jump in its collection.
According to a trade website, Dhurandhar earned Rs 31 crore net in India on day 2, Saturday, December 6. The film’s total now stands at Rs 58 crore net in India and will soon cross the Rs 60 mark in just three days.
On Saturday morning, the occupancy rate was 18%, while on Friday it was 15%. Similarly, occupancy increased from 28% to 35% in the afternoon. Compared to its first day of collections, this represents a nearly 15% increase.
Despite receiving mixed reviews, Dhurandhar has been encouraged by positive viewer reactions. The film is also expected to near Rs 90 crore in its first weekend if it keeps up its current pace.
Meanwhile, Dhurandhar has officially entered the list of the biggest openers of 2025 after it collected Rs 27 crore net in India on its first day.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar features Ranveer Singh in the central role of Hamza Ali, an undercover operative planted inside the Pakistani mafia by IB chief Ajay Sanyal (R Madhavan). The film marks the first collaboration between Ranveer and Aditya.
The film features an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi.
The film is about an underworld saga following a network of criminals, informants and operatives whose lives intersect, navigating covert operations, espionage and betrayals.
