Saiyaara sets a record as the highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2025 at the worldwide box office

The movie did well in major international markets like the United Arab Emirates, North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia from July 25 to July 27.

Saiyaara, the highest-grossing love story in the history of Indian cinema, has achieved yet another remarkable milestone.

With an impressive $10.8 million in overseas box office receipts, the movie has officially become the biggest Hindi film of 2025 in foreign markets, a feat it accomplished in just 12 days.

The Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer film, had an incredible international run in its second weekend since its release, earning close to $4 million, which doubled its first weekend total of about $2 million. Its status as a worldwide box office sensation has been cemented by this surge in its second weekend.

The movie did well in major international markets like the United Arab Emirates, North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia from July 25 to July 27.

Saiyaara was the second-highest PTA of all the films that were available for nationwide release that weekend, surpassing Warner Bros.' blockbuster Superman and only surpassed by Disney's recently released Fantastic 4.

Despite Fantastic 4 being a new release supported by a global franchise, Saiyaara achieved an incredible feat by surpassing the latter in total admissions over the weekend in the United Arab Emirates, one of the most important international markets for Indian films.

Back home in India, Saiyaara continues its record-breaking run with unrelenting momentum.

The film has amassed an astounding Rs 270.75 crore in just 12 days, maintaining a remarkable hold at the box office even after raking in massive collections right from its opening. Directed by Mohit Suri and backed by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara hit the theatres on July 18, 2025.
