R Madhavan’s son Vedaant Madhavan turns 20, Wife Sarita Birje marks the beginning of son's twenties with emotional post

Bollywood actor R Madhavan’s son Vedaant Madhavan, turned 20. Wife Sarita Birje marked the occasion on Instagram, dropping a carousel of warm family pictures that quickly grabbed attention.

“Happy 20th Birthday, my dear son! Today marks the beginning of a whole new chapter in your life — stepping into your twenties, filled with dreams, challenges, and endless opportunities,” she wrote. Her caption wasn’t just emotional, it reflected the pride of a mother watching her son grow into adulthood. “I’m so proud of the person you’ve grown into,” she added, signing off with “Love you loads.”

The post didn’t stay in the family for long. Bollywood celebrities jumped in to wish Vedaant. Actress Dia Mirza wrote, “Happy 20th Birthday Vedant,” while Raj Kundra added, “Happy happy birthday to the parents also and @vedaantmadhavan so so proud of you. May all your dreams and wishes come true.” Fans too filled the comments with love, emojis, and plenty of admiration.

For those who don’t know, Vedaant isn’t just a star kid. He’s already carved a space of his own as a freestyle swimmer. His medal tally speaks volumes: five golds at the Malaysian Open, a gold and silver at the Danish Open, and bronze medals at the Latvian and Thailand Open. Not bad for someone just stepping into his twenties.

As for R Madhavan, the proud father recently appeared in Aap Jaisa Koi opposite Fatima Sana Shaikh on Netflix. He has often spoken about his bond with Vedaant, calling him his “biggest inspiration.”
