Prabhas has set the stage buzzing once again, as the makers of The Raja Saab announced that the film’s first single, Rebel Saab, is all set to release on Sunday, November 23. The update arrived on Friday through an official poster launch, giving fans a fresh look at the star while confirming the long-awaited date. With The Raja Saab inching closer to its Sankranthi arrival, every new detail is being met with growing excitement.

The new poster features Prabhas in a lively dance pose, surrounded by a cheering crowd, capturing the celebratory, mass-entertainer mood the film seems to be aiming for. The makers described the track as the most whistle-worthy treat, cementing expectations that Rebel Saab will introduce the film’s musical world with a high-energy entry. The song takes its title from the actor’s popular moniker from his 2011 film Rebel, and fans have already begun speculating whether the single will carry nostalgic callbacks.

Thaman S, known for his crowd-pleasing soundtracks, has composed the music for the film. His association alone has raised curiosity about the audio album’s direction, especially since The Raja Saab is positioned as a commercial entertainer with a vibrant mix of horror and comedy.

Directed by Maruthi, the film brings together an interesting ensemble cast. Nidhhi Aggerwal stars in a key role, while the project also marks Malavika Mohanan’s debut in Telugu cinema. The supporting cast includes Riddhi Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, and Boman Irani. Behind the camera, the film boasts a strong technical lineup with cinematography by Karthik Palani, production design by Rajeevan, and editing by Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao.

The Raja Saab is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad and is slated for a grand theatrical release on January 9, 2026. The Sankranthi window is expected to be crowded, with multiple major films arriving at the same time. The lineup includes Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, Sharwanand’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari, and Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju. Vijay’s Tamil film Jana Nayagan is also releasing on January 9, potentially intensifying the box office battle.
