Actor Nayanthara and her filmmaker husband, Vignesh Shivan, recently offered a glimpse into their beautifully renovated studio in an exclusive feature with Architectural Digest (AD) India.
The couple transformed a sprawling 7,000-square-foot colonial-style bungalow in Chennai into a stunning home studio, with designer Nikhita Reddy spearheading the refurbishment.
AD India took to Instagram to share breathtaking images and a video, giving fans a closer look at the elegant and thoughtfully designed space.
Nestled in Chennai’s upscale Venus Colony, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s newly renovated home studio offers stunning city views and a seamless blend of functionality and elegance. The colonial-style bungalow spans 7,000 square feet and is thoughtfully curated to serve both professional and leisure needs.
According to Architectural Digest India, the space includes a well-equipped conference room, a cozy lounge area for hosting guests and gatherings, an outdoor backyard dining space, and a sprawling open section for relaxation. Additionally, the studio houses a stylish living room to welcome visitors, dedicated bedrooms for their team, a private meeting room, and separate workspaces tailored for Nayanthara and Vignesh to conduct their individual meetings.

On the professional front, Nayanthara is gearing up for multiple exciting projects. She will next be seen in Test, directed by S. Sashikanth, alongside Siddharth and R. Madhavan.
