There is good news for all the 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' fans; there are reports that the script for the Salman Khan-Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer is ready. The film’s producer, K. K. Radhamohan, has said that the scripts for ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2’ and Akshay Kumar's ‘Rowdy Rathore 2’ are ready.
He was speaking with the media during the promotions of Aayush Sharma’s ‘Ruslaan’ in Hyderabad.
Radhamohan said that writer Vijayendra Prasad has written a few good scripts for him, and out of those two are the much-awaited sequels.
“Vijayendra Prasad has written two stories for me. One is Vikramarkudu 2, which is Rowdy Rathore 2 in Hindi. The subject is ready; we’re just looking for a good cast now.”
Then he went on to reveal that the sequel to Salman Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is also ready; they are just waiting to narrate it to ‘Bhaijaan’ Salman Khan.
“He has also readied the script for ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2’. Soon, he’ll narrate it to Salman bhai, and we’ll see what happens next," he added.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan also had Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in prominent roles, along with Harshaali Malhotra, aka Munni.
Three years ago, at the 'RRR' launch, Salman Khan confirmed that a sequel for ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ was on.
Ace director SS Rajamouli’s father V Vijayendra Prasad had written the script of 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and while addressing the press back in 2021, Salman Khan said: “I have a strong relationship with Rajamouli and his father, as he wrote Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and soon we will be working together again for Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2.”
Though nothing is confirmed yet, Radhamohan gave this update.
Talking about ‘Rowdy Rathore 2’, it is not confirmed whether Akshay Kumar will reprise his role or a new actor will be cast.
‘Rowdy Rathore’ had Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles, and the audience loved Akki as IPS Vikram Singh.
