Grammy-winning singer Miley Cyrus is all set to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her iconic sitcom, Hannah Montana. The singer and actor has recently teased that she wants to do something big to mark the milestone of the show that enjoyed a successful four-season run.
During a recent interview on SiriusXM’s TikTok Radio, Miley shared, “I want to design something really, really special for it because it really was the beginning of all of this that now sits here today. Without Hannah, there really wouldn’t be this kind of… this me.”
The singer also reflected on her excitement and shared that she is excited to "celebrate" the character that launched her career.
Miley shared, “It’s so crazy to think, too, that I started as a character that I thought was going to be impossible to shed. And now that’s something that when I walk into a space, it’s looked at as this sense of nostalgia or something that you have from your childhood, but I’ve now been as kind of integrated into everyone’s life as the character itself. So that’s exciting to get to celebrate that.”

For the unversed, Miley Cyrus rose to stardom with the Disney Channel series Hannah Montana that ran for four seasons between March 2006 and January 2011. The sitcom revolves around the life of Miley Cyrus’ fictional character, Miley Stewart, who lives a double life as both an average teenager and a pop star.
The Disney series launched the career of Miley, with the singer making history last year as the youngest person ever to be named a Disney Legend, an honour bestowed on individuals who have significantly influenced the company.
