Marathi actor Sanchi Bhoyar to debut in Hindi show Binddii set to premiere on September 17

Sanchi Bhoyar, a child star who gained popularity in Marathi television as Indrayani, is now making her debut in Hindi television with COLOURS' most recent program, Binddii.

Sanchi, who is still in the early stages of her career, has already shown a unique ability to give her roles more depth. This time, she plays the difficult title role in a heartwarming mother-daughter tale. The narrative centres on a daughter's relentless fight to free her mother from prison.

Since she was born and reared inside a prison, Binddii has only known her mother Kajal, whose love makes the prison feel like home.

Binddii is intelligent and kind, and her dreams are straightforward but profoundly poignant: having a typical family, seeing her mother free, spending time with her, and receiving an education. However, the tenuous happiness she shared with Kajal is destroyed when circumstances compel her to leave prison.

Talking about her debut on Hindi television, Sanchi said, “I’m very excited for Binddii because I want to showcase my talent to those who watch Hindi TV. At the same time, I’m nervous because playing the title role is huge and I’m learning so many new things as an actor every day. I had to keep reminding myself that things we think are normal, such as playing outside, going to school, or spending time with friends, are things she has never had. Her bond with her mother touched me because my mom is also my best friend and my biggest support. Binddii shows how education can change everything. I hope that when people watch Binddii, they feel her courage and believe that books and knowledge can make their dreams come true.”

Binddii, who was sent to live with her uncle Saurav in Mathura, is lost in a harsh world that seems more cruel than prison. She sets out to educate herself and fight for her mother's freedom with tenacity as her strength, overcoming formidable obstacles and perilous opponents in the process.

The new show Binddii will premiere on September 17, 2025 and will air everyday at 8.30 pm only on COLORS.
