Malaika Arora is no stranger to luxury, as evidenced by her most recent acquisition. The actor, who is renowned for her easy glamour and astute sense of style, has expanded her already impressive collection of cars with a brand-new Range Rover.

Malaika was seen in Mumbai on Saturday, September 13, working with the showroom employees to finalise the details of her new vehicle.

She was able to draw attention even when she was dressed casually, as evidenced by the rapid social media virality of images and videos of her with the fancy SUV.

Fans are congratulating her and praising her taste for the new gem in her garage—the sleek, dark grey Range Rover, which is said to be worth about Rs 3 crore.

Malaika, however, has not only been making waves on the roads but has also garnered media attention in the real estate industry.

According to reports, she recently sold her luxurious flat in Andheri West for an incredible 5.3 crore. The transaction was recorded on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website in August 2025, with ₹30,000 in registration fees and ₹31.08 lakh in stamp duty charges.

The apartment, which inclus one car parking slot, has a carpet area of 1,369 sq. ft. and a built-up area of 1,643 sq. ft.

The apartment was originally purchased by Malaika in March 2018 for Rs 3.26 crore, the property’s value has appreciated by almost 62% in just over seven years — a smart investment by any measure.

Before becoming a household name in modelling and music videos, Malaika started her career as a VJ on MTV India.

She became popular after her iconic performance in Mani Ratnam's Dil Se (1998) in Chaiyya Chaiyya. She later gave standout performances in hit songs like Maahi Ve (2002), Kaal Dhamaal (2005), and the wildly successful Munni Badnaam Hui (2010). She acted in films such as EMI (2008) and Kaante (2002).
