Mad Square Box Office Collection: Narne Nithiin starrer earns Rs 37.2 Cr in just 2 days

Mad Square is creating new records at the box office

Telugu comedy-drama Mad Square, starring Narne Nithiin, Sangeeth Sobhan, and Ram Nitin, has recently hit the theatres and has already created new records. The film notably bagged a spot in the top 5 Tollywood openers of 2025 and has continued to dominate the box office.

According to Telugu FilmNagar reports, Mad Square has achieved impressive box office success globally, grossing over Rs 37.2 Cr net in just two days. The film has also performed exceptionally well in India, earning an estimated Rs 17.1 Cr India net domestically. The film continued its momentum and added another Rs 4.86 Cr India net to its tally on its third day.

The recently released film has notably given tough competition to Nithiin starrer Robinhood at the domestic box office. Robinhood has earned Rs 2 crore only on its opening day, while Mad Square bagged around 8 crores.

Directed and written by Kalyan Shankar, the movie features an ensemble case, including Narne Nithin, Sangeeth Shobhan, and Ram Nithin in lead roles. The film's music is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, with cinematography by Shamdat Sainudeen and editing by Navin Nooli.

The film is co-produced by Haarika Suryadevara and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.

The movie is set a few years after the first film, Mad (2023) and focuses on Ashok, DD, Manoj and Ganesh’s trip to Goa. They reunited for their friend Laddu's wedding after college, but a sudden change in plans led them to embark on a vacation to Goa instead. However, their trip takes an unexpected turn, entangling them in a problem.
