Janhvi Kapoor increases salary as she gains more recognition in South films

Siasat reported that Janhvi Kapoor has raised her salary considerably for her next Telugu projects. The actress allegedly signed on for Rs 6 crore for Peddi, while Devara she reportedly received Rs 5 crore. Her fee for AA22 has reportedly increased even more; according to reports, she quoted Rs 7 crore for the position.

However, given the ensemble cast and high production costs of AA22, insiders disclose that the film's producers are currently negotiating a reduced fee with the actress. Janhvi seems adamant about her quoted sum, in spite of this, indicating her faith in her rising fame in the Telugu sector.

Janhvi Kapoor Juggling Tollywood and Bollywood Projects

Bollywood and South Indian films are well-represented in Janhvi's current lineup. She is preparing for the September 2025 release of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, which co-stars Varun Dhawan and Param Sundari, in which she co-stars with Sidharth Malhotra.
