As the 68th Annual Grammy Awards prepare to take over Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on February 1, 2026, the spotlight isn’t just on chart-topping performances and gold-plated trophies. Behind the scenes, an equally meticulous operation is unfolding in the kitchens, where a carefully curated food and drinks menu has been designed to fuel music’s biggest night.
This year’s culinary experience is being orchestrated by Levy Restaurants, in collaboration with the AEG-owned venue, with a clear focus on ease, flavour and mobility. Given the ceremony’s long runtime and the constant movement of artists, presenters and industry guests, the emphasis is on small plates and compact dishes that can be enjoyed seamlessly without distracting from the show.
Latin American influences, particularly from Mexico and Peru, shape much of the menu across the arena’s premium zones. Guests will be welcomed with a bold snack mix featuring Tajín-dusted Corn Nuts, lime-salted popcorn, chilli-dried mango and Doritos Chile Limón Dinamita, setting the tone for a spice-forward evening.
A standout offering is the Botana Board, a shareable spread combining mole verde, mole rojo and mole negro, alongside longaniza sausage, vegetarian and pork belly chicharrón, plantain chips, roasted garlic white beans and fruit escabeche, designed for flavour layering and easy grazing.
In the luxury suites, the focus shifts to refined yet practical plates. Highlights include Tortilla Kabobs with Código-lime marinated chicken and adobada grass-fed beef, Duck Carnitas Flatbread topped with Tapatío-cured egg yolk, and Nopales Milanesa Torta featuring crispy cactus leaf and serrano citrus slaw. Heartier options such as Mezcal-braised beef short rib are paired with fried potato wedges and garlic fried rice, while dessert arrives in the form of Crema Cacao finished with shaved Abuelita chocolate.
The Delta SKY360° Club offers smaller, precision-driven dishes, including “On-Sen Ramen” devilled eggs with char siu bacon and pressed bluefin tuna crudo with pickled peppers and chives.
Following the ceremony, the Post-Grammys Gala at the City View Terrace leans into late-night comfort, serving smoked salmon cannoli, Manhattan chicken bites, dirty martini fries and sweet pea ravioli with carbonara mousse.

Bars across the venue will pour exclusive cocktails like Wild Flower, Chocolate & Orange Manhattan, and GRAMMY 68, alongside Champagne and themed signature drinks.
In total, the arena is expected to serve over 272 kg of short ribs, 15000 shrimp, 12000 sushi pieces and more than 2000 glasses of Champagne. Sustainability remains key, with unused food redistributed through Musically Fed, ensuring the night’s excess is redirected to communities in need.
